What is the design turnaround time?
Turnaround time for normally 3-5 business days for banners. E-Book sales page design and custom complete site design takes roughly 2-4 weeks, depending on your package and complexity of your design, the schedules of our designers, and the rate at which we receive feedback from you.

Will I be able to use my site/e-book page/banner online?
Yes, you will be provided with .gif images suitable for online use as well as .jpg, .bmp and .tif files, as well as any other files that are needed.

Can I speak with my designer on the telephone?
You will receive a design consultation and one-on-one interaction with your designer, so if you are more comfortable talking on the phone, the designer will give you their contact details.

How will I receive my site/banner/e-book page/etc?
Upon project completion your files will be sent to you via email attachment in a ZIP file. You may request your files to be burned onto a CD and shipped to you via Priority Mail.

This is my first design project. What should I consider?
Simple is better. It's best not to get too complex with your design. Understand your market. How do you want your company perceived? Young and energetic? Dependable? Innovative? Speak your mind! If you have a design style in mind, make it known!

Do I need to hire a "local" web site designer?
We create web sites for clients who are local as well as in other countries. By using the Internet, email and the telephone, it is possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location.

What is a protosite?
A "protosite" its just a preliminary drawing of your future website. It helps both you and us establish the way your website will look. Elements such as page layout, colors, item position, navigation, etc. can be mocked up to speed the design process. If changes (colors, moving things around the page layout, adding columns, text, images, etc.) are needed they can be made before actual coding begins. Once you approve your protosite, we move forward and create your new website.

What is a website architecture?
It's something that will help us visualize all your website sections. This its very helpful as it will help the development process. You as the owner, will know what areas your website will cover; a web designer will know exactly what pages he needs to build and the content developer (writer) will know what content he needs to build for each specific areas.

What is a page layout?Page layout is the geometry of a page. It will help us to define how many regions will appear and how they are visually organized.

Why we need to define website architecture?
Building a website without the website architecture its like building a house without a blueprint. We need to write on paper your ideas before we start.
